Extreme application silicone cable

This single-core HELUTHERM SiF silicone cable is a solution for installations requiring flexibility and resistance to high temperatures. The cable is designed to operate in harsh industrial conditions where standard cabling fails. Made of multi-strand copper wire, it provides a reliable connection and long-lasting operation.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by silicone insulation, which provides exceptional thermal resistance – from -60°C to +180°C in continuous operation, and even up to +180°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage of 300/500V makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. The copper wire, made in class 5 (flexible multi-strand), guarantees good flexibility and facilitates installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.7 mm. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire – it meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard.
