High-temperature silicone wire – reliability in extreme conditions

This single-core silicone wire is designed to operate in demanding conditions where standard cabling fails. Construction and properties

The wire is made of multi-strand copper core, providing good flexibility and ease of installation. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to extreme temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C in stationary operation, and even short-term operation up to +200°C. Additionally, this material exhibits high chemical resistance to oils, greases, acids and other aggressive substances. This ensures that the wire retains its properties for a long time, even in harsh industrial environments. The wire has a rated voltage of 300/500V and complies with DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards. The outer diameter of the wire with a cross-section of 16mm² is approximately 7.7 mm.
