Construction and properties
The HELUTHERM SiF cable features an advanced construction. The copper core is insulated with silicone, guaranteeing resistance to high temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C in stationary mode and up to +180°C in flexible mode. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 2000V. Additionally, the cable meets IEC 60332-1-2 standard in terms of fire propagation resistance and DIN VDE 0482-754-1/EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1 regarding halogen-free properties. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.6 mm.

The minimum bending radius is 15x cable diameter for flexible laying and 6x diameter for fixed laying, which facilitates installation even in hard-to-reach places. The cable construction ensures minimal smoke and toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire due to the use of halogen-free materials.
