Silicone cable for demanding conditions

This single-core silicone cable is a solution for installations exposed to extreme temperatures and harsh industrial conditions. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for both professionals and end users. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -60°C to +180°C continuously, and short-term loads can reach even higher values.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of a flexible class 5 stranded copper core, ensuring good conductivity and easy installation. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures, oils, greases, acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke (compliance with IEC 60332-1-2 standard). The rated operating voltage is 300/500V, and the core cross-section is 2.5 mm², allowing for the safe power supply of various devices. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.6 mm.
