High-temperature silicone wires

Single-core silicone wire, characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to extreme temperatures. Ideal for applications requiring reliability in harsh industrial conditions. Made of copper with silicone insulation, it ensures safe and long-lasting use. This wire finds application in many branches of industry where standard cabling does not meet temperature or mechanical requirements.

Construction and properties

The wire construction is based on a multi-strand, flexible tinned copper core, which ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Silicone rubber insulation guarantees high thermal and chemical resistance. The wire is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. Additionally, it is characterized by high resistance to oils, greases and other aggressive chemicals.

This wire is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -60°C to +180°C continuously, and briefly up to +200°C. The minimum bending radius for mobile installations is 15x the wire diameter, and for fixed installations 6x the wire diameter. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V.
