This multi-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable, made of high-temperature resistant silicone, is designed for applications requiring reliability in harsh conditions. Its flexibility simplifies installation, and the special design ensures long-lasting performance.
Construction and properties
The HELUTHERM SiHF cable stands out with a construction that provides exceptional durability and safety. It consists of multi-strand copper conductors, twisted for increased flexibility, insulated with special silicone rubber. The conductors are available in various colors (according to DIN VDE 0293-308) for easy identification, and the cable can be equipped with a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors). The whole is surrounded by a durable silicone coating in brick red color. Thanks to the materials used, the cable is resistant to many chemicals, oils and radiation. Importantly – it is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.
