HELUTHERM SiHF 4G0.5 mm² cable is a flexible multi-core cable with silicone insulation, designed to operate in extreme thermal conditions. It provides reliable connections in places exposed to high and low temperatures, as well as in environments with increased chemical aggression. Ideal for installations in the metallurgical industry, steelworks, power plants and other industrial facilities.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that ensures high flexibility and durability. It consists of:

• Cores: Multi-strand, twisted from tinned copper, which ensures good conductivity and corrosion resistance. Class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295 guarantees high flexibility.
• Insulation: Made of special silicone, resistant to temperatures from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). Silicone insulation also provides resistance to oils, greases and many chemicals.
• Outer jacket: Also made of silicone, in brick red color, which facilitates identification.

The cable has 4 cores with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², which makes it suitable for applications requiring the transmission of control signals or powering devices with low power consumption. The rated operating voltage is 300/500 V.
