This multi-core HELUTHERM SiHF cable, with a cross-section of 4G16 mm², is a solution for demanding applications where standard cabling fails. This cable is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to high and low temperatures, making it an ideal choice for working in harsh industrial environments. The use of special silicone in the insulation ensures reliability and safety in places exposed to extreme thermal loads.

The cable is characterized by its flexibility, thanks to the multi-wire construction of the cores (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing in tight spaces. The core color coding according to DIN VDE 0293-308 ensures easy identification and correct connection. The outer jacket in brick red is made of high-quality silicone, further increasing resistance to external factors.

Construction and properties

The cable construction is based on stranded copper conductors, twisted and insulated with special silicone. The cores are twisted in layers, and the whole is surrounded by a durable silicone coating. This construction guarantees not only flexibility but also high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety and minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire – it meets the standards of VDE 0482 part 267 / DIN EN 50267-2-2 / IEC 60754-2.
