High-temperature silicone cable – reliability in harsh conditions
This flexible, single-core silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperatures and demanding industrial environments. It is characterized by high resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications. This cable is particularly valued in industries such as metallurgy, steelworks, aerospace, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic industries, as well as in power plants.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of a multi-strand copper conductor (class 5), providing high flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation guarantees maintaining dielectric properties over a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (flexible) and from -60°C to +180°C (stationary). Additionally, the cable has a rated voltage of 300/500V and complies with DIN VDE 0250-1 and 502 standards. Halogen-free construction increases safety, minimizing the emission of toxic gases in case of fire (compliance with IEC 60332-1-2).
