Flexible spiral cable PUR-SPIKA – reliability in motion

This orange PUR-SPIKA spiral cable with a cross-section of 5x1 mm² is the ideal solution where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. The cable is designed for dynamic applications where traditional cabling could fail. Its construction allows for free stretching and return to its original length, making it indispensable in mobile and moving devices.

Construction and properties

The PUR-SPIKA cable is distinguished by its solid construction. It has five stranded copper cores insulated with rubber, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The protective conductor in yellow-green color (available from 3 cores) guarantees safe use. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) cover, which protects against abrasion, oils and other external factors. The length of the spiral before stretching is 300 mm, and after stretching it can reach up to 1200 mm – the stretch ratio is 1:4. In addition, each end of the cable has a straight section 200 mm long, making it easy to connect to devices.
