Control and power cable for demanding applications

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is a flexible solution designed for power and control connections in industrial environments and applications requiring resistance to external factors. The cable's construction, based on copper conductors and XLPE insulation, ensures reliable operation even under medium mechanical load. This cable is suitable for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as for direct laying in the ground or in pipes.

Construction and application

The cable is manufactured according to UNE 21123-2 standard and features a 3+1/2 construction. It will be useful in many areas of industry - from machines and conveyor systems, through air conditioning and industrial automation, to stage and lighting applications. Thanks to a special PVC outer jacket, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, making it an ideal choice as a connection cable for mobile or portable devices. It can also be used as a power cable at elevated temperature and voltage. The robust construction allows operation at AC 600/1000 V and DC 900/1800 V.

The minimum bending radius for cables with a diameter below 25 mm is 4x the cable diameter, for cables with a diameter from 25 to 50 mm – 5x the cable diameter, and for cables with a diameter above 50 mm – 6x the cable diameter.
