Universal power and control cable for demanding applications

This flexible HELUPOWER® RV-K 3G4 mm² power and control cable is a solid solution for both installers and end users. It provides a reliable connection in a wide range of applications, from machine industry to stage installations. The cable is designed to operate in various conditions – dry, humid and wet, as well as for direct laying in the ground.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is manufactured in accordance with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Its construction based on copper conductors with XLPE (DIX 3) insulation guarantees high flexibility and durability. The outer jacket made of special PVC (DMV-18) provides resistance to UV radiation, oils and mechanical damage. The cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X). This allows it to be adapted to specific installation requirements. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -15°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The operating voltage is 0.6/1 kV (AC) or 0.9/1.8 kV (DC).

The cable is flame retardant (tested according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2), which further increases the level of installation safety. The minimum bending radius ensures easy installation even in tight spaces – flexibly 10 x cable diameter, stationary depending on the cable diameter from 4x to 6x cable diameter.
