Universal power and control cable for demanding applications

This flexible HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K 4G2,5 mm² power and control cable is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications, both in industrial installations and in construction. The cable is distinguished by its high quality and resistance to external factors, which translates into long life and safe use. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of a specific application.

Construction and properties

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is characterized by a solid construction based on four working conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² and a protective conductor. The insulation of the conductors is made of XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), providing excellent dielectric properties and temperature resistance. The outer sheath made of PVC DMV-18 guarantees protection against mechanical damage, moisture, UV radiation and the influence of oils. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Thanks to this, it can be used in various environmental conditions - both in dry and humid and wet environments. Additionally, the cable is suitable for direct laying in the ground or in pipes.

• Wide operating temperature range: flexible from -5°C to +90°C, stationary from -15°C to +90°C – allows for use in difficult conditions.
• Rated voltage: 0.6/1 kV – ensures safe operation in installations with different voltages.
• UV resistance: ideal for outdoor applications and exposure to sunlight.
• Oil resistance: increases durability in industrial environments exposed to contact with oils.
• Protective conductor: provides additional safety of use.

• Minimum bending radius: flexible 10 x cable diameter; stationary depending on diameter (up to 25mm: 4xØ; 25-50mm: 5xØ; above 50mm: 6xØ) – facilitates installation even in tight spaces.
