Control and power cable for wide applications

This flexible HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K 5G6 mm² control and power cable is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable is designed to operate in various conditions, from dry rooms to humid and wet environments, as well as for direct laying in the ground or pipes. Its construction and properties make it ideal for use in industry, conveyor systems, air conditioning equipment, industrial automation, and as a power or control cable requiring higher temperature and/or voltage.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable is characterized by a solid construction with XLPE insulation type DIX 3 and an outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18. This combination provides resistance to UV radiation, oil, and high operating temperature – up to +90°C (flexible and stationary). In addition, the cable is tested for flame retardancy according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 standards. The copper conductors are made in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 class 5, IEC 60228 class 5 and BS 6360 class 5, which guarantees reliable connections. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with PN-HD 308 S2 (up to 5 conductors) or EN 50334 (above 5 conductors).
