Single-core halogen-free cable for applications requiring high thermal resistance
This purple single-core HELUTHERM® 145 cable, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², is designed for applications where high temperature resistance and fire safety are critical. Made with multi-strand copper conductors coated with a special polyolefin copolymer, it provides reliable operation in harsh conditions. The cable is characterized by its flexibility and ease of installation.
Construction and properties
The HELUTHERM® 145 cable stands out with its advanced construction, which ensures its unique properties:
Conductors: Made of copper, multi-strand and flexible (class 5), which facilitates installation and ensures good conductivity.
Insulation: Electron-beam cross-linked polyolefin copolymer – guarantees high temperature resistance (up to +145°C in stationary operation and +120°C in flexible operation) and self-extinguishing properties.
Halogen-free: Materials used in production do not contain halogens, which means that in the event of a fire, they do not release toxic gases and fumes, increasing evacuation safety.
Resistance: The cable is resistant to oils, UV radiation and weather conditions.
Rated voltage: Suitable for operation at 300/500 V (up to 1 mm²) and 450/750 V and 600/1000 V (when laid in protective conduits for cross-sections from 1.5 mm²).
