This blue HELUTHERM® 145 single-core cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² combines flexibility, safety and high temperature resistance. Designed for demanding applications, it is perfect for both industrial installations and residential construction. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation and long-lasting performance.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a flexible stranded copper conductor (class 5), which provides high flexibility and facilitates installation. The insulation is made of electron-beam cross-linked polyolefin copolymer - a halogen-free material that limits the spread of fire and does not release toxic gases in the event of a fire. This is crucial for the safety of people and property. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and when laid in protective conduits, it can be increased to 450/750 V or even 600/1000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.1 mm.
- Fire safety: Halogen-free construction minimizes the risk of toxic fumes during a fire, facilitating evacuation and reducing damage.
- Temperature resistance: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -55°C to +145°C (stationary installation) and from -35°C to +120°C (flexible operation).
