Single-core halogen-free cable, resistant to high temperatures HELUTHERM® 145 1x1 mm² blue 51310
Special applications halogen-free single-core wire
This blue HELUTHERM® 145 single-core wire with a cross-section of 1 mm² combines safety, reliability and flexibility. Designed for demanding applications where high temperature resistance and reduced fire risk are crucial. This wire is ideal for both professionals performing electrical installations and end-users looking for safe and durable solutions.
Construction and properties
The wire is characterized by a construction with a multi-strand, flexible tinned copper core, which provides high flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (halogen-free) guarantees not only excellent electrical properties, but also minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire – important for the safety of people and the protection of the environment. Additionally, the use of electronic crosslinking technology increases the insulation's resistance to mechanical and temperature damage.
This wire also stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures – from -35°C to +120°C (flexible) and up to +145°C (for permanent installation). It is resistant to oils, UV radiation and weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for applications both indoors and outdoors. The rated voltage is 300/500 V, and when laid in protective conduits, it can be used even at 1000 V AC or 750 V DC.
Applications and benefits
The HELUTHERM® 145 wire finds wide application in the wiring of lighting fixtures, heating devices, electrical machines (thermal class B), switchboards and in the construction of machines and concealed, surface and in-wall installations. It will also work in rail vehicles (DC operating voltage up to 900V).
