This black, single-core HELUTHERM® 145 cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² combines flexibility, durability and safety. Designed for demanding applications, it ensures reliable operation in various conditions. The cable is primarily distinguished by the absence of halogen in the insulation, making it an ideal choice where limiting the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire is crucial.

Construction and application

This cable is made of copper, and its insulation is a cross-linked polyolefin copolymer (XLPO), which provides high resistance to temperature and external factors. Thanks to this, it finds application in the wiring of lighting fixtures, heating devices, electrical machines (thermal class B), switchboards and in concealed, surface and duct installations. The possibility of using it in conduit increases its versatility – with such installation, a voltage of up to 1000 V AC or 750 V DC is permissible. Additionally, the cable meets the requirements for rail vehicles, where the DC voltage can reach 900V.
