This white HELUTHERM® 145 single-core cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is designed for safety and reliability in demanding applications. It is characterized by high temperature resistance and properties that limit the spread of fire and the emission of toxic gases during a fire. This is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users looking for safe and durable wiring.
Construction and application
This cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. The insulation made of cross-linked polyolefin copolymer guarantees high resistance to mechanical damage, weathering and UV radiation. This makes the cable perfect for a variety of applications, including:
- Wiring of lighting fixtures.
- Heating appliances and heating systems.
- Electrical machines (thermal class B).
- Electrical distribution boards.
- Installations in, on and under plaster in construction.
- Applications in rail vehicles (up to 900V DC).
The cable can be used in conduit pipes at voltages up to 1000V AC or 750V DC.
Safety and properties
