Single-core halogen-free cable, resistant to high temperatures

This black HELUTHERM® 145 single-core cable with a cross-section of 25 mm² is a reliable solution for applications requiring extreme temperature resistance and fire safety. Made of tinned copper with a cross-linked polyolefin copolymer insulation, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in various installations. The cable is characterized by its flexibility, making it easy to install even in hard-to-reach places.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for demanding industrial and construction applications. Its construction based on class 5 (flexible stranded) copper conductors provides good conductivity and flexibility. The cross-linked polyolefin copolymer insulation guarantees high resistance to temperature, abrasion, oils and weathering. Importantly, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. The cable complies with fire safety standards – it does not spread flames and does not release toxic gases during combustion, which is crucial for protecting life and property.

• Temperature resistance: flexible from -35°C to +120°C, stationary from -55°C to +145°C – allows use in a wide range of operating temperatures.

• Rated voltage: 300/500 V (up to 1 mm²) and 450/750 V (from 1.5 mm²) – enables use in installations with different voltages. When laid in protective conduits, a voltage of up to 1000 V AC or 750 V DC is permissible.

• Minimum bending radius: flexible 12.5 x cable diameter, stationary 4 x cable diameter – ensures easy installation and minimizes the risk of cable damage during installation.

• Halogen-free: no release of toxic gases during a fire increases the safety of users and facilitates evacuation.

• UV and ozone resistance: ensures cable durability even in outdoor conditions.
