This black, single-core halogen-free cable HELUTHERM® 145 with a cross-section of 50 mm² is an excellent choice for both professional installers and end customers who value safety and durability. The cable is characterized by high temperature resistance and flame-retardant properties, making it an ideal solution in demanding applications.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed to ensure maximum safety of use. Made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), covered with a cross-linked polyolefin copolymer insulation, it offers flexibility and reliability. Electronic crosslinking of the insulation increases its resistance to mechanical damage and high temperatures – up to 145°C in stationary operation and 120°C in flexible operation. Importantly, the cable is halogen-free, which means that in the event of a fire, it does not release toxic gases and fumes, facilitating evacuation and minimizing the risk to health. The rated voltage is 500 V, and when laid in protective conduits, it can be used up to 1000 V (AC) or 750 V (DC).
