Single-core halogen-free cable for applications requiring high thermal resistance
This grey, single-core HELUTHERM® 145 cable with a cross-section of 6 mm² combines flexibility and safety. Made with stranded copper, it has cross-linked polyethylene insulation, ensuring high resistance to temperature and external factors. The cable is halogen-free, minimizing the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire – crucial for the safety of users and installers.
Construction and application
This cable is designed for a wide range of applications, both in fixed and flexible installations. It is ideal for wiring lighting fixtures, heating devices, electrical machines, and in the construction of switchboards. Thanks to its high thermal resistance (up to +145°C in fixed installations), it can be used in places exposed to elevated temperatures. The possibility of use in conduit increases its versatility, allowing operation at voltages up to 1000 V AC or 750 V DC. In rail vehicles, a DC load of up to 900V is permissible.

- Rated voltage: U0/U 300/500 V up to 1 mm² and U0/U 450/750 V from 1.5 mm². For fixed installations, a voltage of U0/U 600/1000 V is permissible from 1.5 mm².
