Professional Mounting for Solar Systems
The KS2600-15-4-H500.K112 correction bracket is a specialized component designed for stable mounting of four KS2600 TLP solar collectors on pitched roofs. The system was designed for installations on roof tiles with a width of 410 mm to 480 mm, measured from the bottom edge of the tile to the bottom edge of its hook.
Construction and Materials
The mounting is made of aluminum - a material characterized by natural corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. The construction with dimensions of 410 × 5476 × 500 mm (height × width × depth) provides a stable base for the entire collector set.
The central element of the system is the H500 hook, which is mounted directly to the roof batten. This solution guarantees reliable transfer of wind and snow loads to the building's structural framework, eliminating the risk of damage to the roof covering.
Operating Parameters and Compatibility
The system was developed specifically for installations on roofs with a slope of 15-30°, which covers most standard roof pitches in residential and commercial construction. The versatility of the solution allows for its application in both new installations and when modernizing existing solar systems.
The "correction" type mounting enables precise adjustment of the collectors' position to the specific geometry of a given roof, which is particularly important in the case of irregular surfaces or when maintaining the optimal angle of solar radiation requires adjustment of the panel position.
System Performance Properties
The aluminum construction guarantees resistance to harsh weather conditions - intense sunlight, rain and snow precipitation, and extreme temperatures do not negatively affect the performance parameters of the mounting. The material retains its mechanical properties throughout the entire service life, eliminating the need for frequent inspections or maintenance.
