The DPV 50 expansion vessel is a professional component for hydraulic systems, designed to compensate for changes in medium volume in water installations. The product is suitable for both solar systems and traditional heating and sanitary installations, offering reliable operation at pressures up to 10 bar and medium temperatures up to 99°C.

Construction and materials

The vessel body is made of carbon steel with an external epoxy protective coating, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The internal butyl diaphragm acts as an effective barrier between the medium and the gas chamber, eliminating contact between air and water. The design is intended for use with clean water or a water-glycol mixture with a glycol content of up to 50%, which expands the range of applications.

The vertical mounting form ensures installation stability, and the G1" threaded connection allows for easy connection to existing installations. The product has a CE certificate and complies with the requirements of directive 2014/68/EU, confirming safety of use.

Operating parameters and performance

The vessel operates at a pre-charge pressure of 2.5 bar, allowing for effective compensation of the medium's thermal expansion. A maximum working pressure of 10 bar guarantees safe operation even under high installation parameters. The 50 liter useful capacity provides an adequate buffer for medium-sized sanitary and heating installations.

The operating temperature from -10°C to +99°C enables the use of the vessel in both cooling systems and high-temperature heating applications. The gross weight of the product is 10.5 kg, facilitating transport and installation.
