Electric water heating for heating systems

The 2kW electric heater with a 6/4″ threaded connection is a reliable solution supporting water heating in water heaters and solar systems. The device automatically compensates for heat deficits when the main energy sources do not provide the required water temperature.

Operating parameters and adjustment capabilities

The heater power is 2000W at a supply voltage of 230V, allowing for fast and efficient temperature increases of the heating medium. Temperature regulation from approximately 20°C to approximately 70°C enables precise adjustment of operating parameters to the current needs of the installation. The built-in safety system automatically limits the maximum temperature to 85°C, protecting the installation from overheating and ensuring safe operation.

Construction and mounting compatibility

The heater is equipped with an external thread with a diameter of 6/4″, allowing for easy screwing into standard installation fittings. A mounting length of 400mm allows for optimal placement of the heating element in the tank, ensuring maximum efficiency of heat transfer to the medium. The design is adapted for operation with both standard boilers and buffer tanks as well as solar systems.

Application and operational benefits

The device is ideal as an emergency or auxiliary heater for photovoltaic installations, solar collectors, and traditional heating (CH) and domestic hot water (DHW) systems.
