Compatibility and Purpose

The KS2100-2B-H430.U001 bracket is a dedicated mounting solution designed for the installation of two KS2100 TLP flat solar collectors manufactured by HEWALEX. The design is adapted for mounting on roofs with an inclination angle from 30° to 60°, which covers most popular roof slopes in residential and commercial construction.

The mounting system is based on H430 tile hooks, which ensure a stable connection to the roofing structure without the need to dismantle the tiles. This solution allows for quick and watertight installation - the hook is slid under the tile and attached to the rafter or batten, and then connected to the bracket's supporting rail.

Material and Structural Strength

The supporting rails are made of aluminum - a corrosion-resistant, mechanically lightweight material that withstands long-term exposure to atmospheric conditions well. Aluminum does not require additional anti-corrosion maintenance, which is important for components mounted on the exterior of a building for several decades.

The set dimensions (width approx. 2186 mm, depth approx. 430 mm) correspond to the spacing of two KS2100 TLP collectors placed side by side in a single row. This translates to efficient installation of the entire solar module without the need to cut profiles or use additional leveling elements.

Installation and Operating Conditions

The bracket is mounted directly to the roof truss - the number of H430 hooks is selected based on the load resulting from the mass of the collectors filled with working fluid, as well as the weight of snow and wind pressure characteristic of a given climatic zone. The aluminum profiles form a rigid supporting frame that distributes the load evenly across the mounting points.

The set is delivered as a complete system - there is no need to purchase additional connectors or profiles to mount two units of KS2100 TLP side by side. This simplifies installation logistics and minimizes the risk of errors when selecting components.
