Technical parameters and compatibility

Model RC 38/19 (catalog no. 80.43.39) is designed for use with BiSolar DN16 PES EP 13mm and BiSolar DN20 PES EP 13mm pipes, making it a universal solution for the most popular installation configurations. The sleeve has an internal diameter of 38 mm before shrinkage, which reduces to 19 mm after shrinkage, ensuring a tight fit even with dimensional differences.

The installation process requires a shrinking temperature from +90°C to +200°C, which allows for application using standard heating tools available on the market. The operating temperature range of from -55°C to +105°C guarantees reliability in extreme weather conditions, from freezing winters to hot summers.

The change in length after shrinkage is a maximum of 10%, which minimizes the risk of cracks or excessive material stress during application.
