MiniSOL solar controller HSS0001
MiniSOL solar controller
The MiniSOL "Plug&Play" controller is characterized by its small, compact design and simple communication via special LEDs or an intuitive mobile application available as standard. The device provides full automation of cooperation with the solar installation pump right out of the box thanks to factory settings.
PWM technology for pump speed regulation
The MiniSOL controller works with the solar installation pump using a PWM signal to regulate speed. This technology allows for precise, smooth regulation based on temperature readings and the current liquid flow in the installation, calculated via a feedback signal from the circulation pump. The goal is to maximize the use of solar radiation energy while simultaneously reducing electricity consumption.
The controller's construction has been simplified to use only essential materials. The reduced energy intensity of the product translates into higher reliability and lower operating costs. Additionally, easier recycling makes this product very environmentally friendly.
LED signals and MiniSOL mobile application
To monitor the installation's operation, signals are displayed via the controller's green and red LEDs. Based on their pulsing, one can read the controller's operating states, flow rate, and all states related to errors and irregularities in the installation's functioning.
Full supervision is provided by the MiniSOL mobile application, available for Android and iOS systems. The application allows for a preview of current operating states, including temperatures in the solar collectors, domestic hot water in the heater, and the flow rate in the installation. The user can change the factory-set target temperature for water heating and activate additional functions such as holiday mode or overheat protection.
Wi-Fi module and three-tier operation
The controller is equipped with a Wi-Fi module enabling three-tier operation. A local connection allows for direct communication with the controller without the need for Internet access. A more convenient solution is integration with the home network through simple Wi-Fi configuration.
For users requiring remote access, it is necessary to create an account that enables logging in via the Internet. Operation does not require advanced technical knowledge - after installation and filling the solar system, startup occurs automatically by plugging the controller into an electrical power socket.
