Pump unit ZPS 18E-01 ECO P S6 HSP18E01S6A
Compact pump group with automation
The ZPS 18E-01 ECO P S6 pump set is a complete pump group integrated with advanced control automation, designed specifically for solar collector installations. This "all-in-one" ready-to-use solution contains all the necessary elements for the correct startup, operation, and servicing of the solar system.
Advanced control automation
The heart of the unit is the G422 series solar controller with an intuitive LCD display, which enables precise control of the entire installation. The system supports 19 different solar installation schemes, including configurations with heating assistance and pool water heating. The controller offers graphical indications of current temperatures and installation operating states, as well as heat gain counters (daily, weekly, monthly, and multi-year).
Advanced functions include collector overheating protection (above 135°C), a hygienic function performing periodic antibacterial thermal disinfection (anti-legionella), and the ability to limit the operation of the primary heat source, such as a heating boiler. The system can work with a UPS device to maintain the operation of the solar circuit pump and includes an EKO-LAN module for remote monitoring.
Circulation pump and safety elements
The unit is equipped with an energy-efficient SHIMGE APM20-6-130T circulation pump with a maximum capacity of 2,4 m³/h and a head of 6 m H₂O. The pump is characterized by very low energy consumption (3-45W) and high energy efficiency (EEI ≤0,20). Alternatively, versions with SHIMGE APM20-8-130T pumps (higher capacity) and WILO Para ST15-130/7-50/iPWM2-12 are available.
The safety system includes a pressure differential switch (1,5 bar) monitoring the correct pressure in the installation and a 6 bar safety valve protecting against excessive pressure. Additionally, an air separator with an air vent and a drain hose is installed, along with a check valve to prevent medium backflow and a 0-6 bar pressure gauge for pressure control.
Equipment and technical characteristics
The unit includes factory-connected 4 NTC10kOhm temperature sensors (one for the collector, two for the installation, and one in the unit), and a pulse flow meter enabling accurate measurement of the medium flow and calculation of the current power and energy obtained from the solar collectors. The system is powered by 230 VAC/50Hz via a cable with a plug.
Operating parameters: the maximum working pressure of the pump group is 6 bar; aqueous propylene glycol solutions with a concentration of up to 50% or heating water are permitted. The maximum working medium temperature is 110°C, and the ambient temperature for pump operation reaches 53°C. The unit supports installations with a collector area of up to 12 m² with a piping length of up to 50 meters.
The compact design with dimensions of 830 x 130 mm is housed in an aesthetic thermal insulation casing with a stable bracket for wall mounting. The connection fitting technology allows for universal positioning of the unit relative to the storage tank and adjustment of the glycol circuit pipe outlet direction. The manufacturer provides a warranty for a period of 2 years.
