Comprehensive solution for solar installations

The ZPS 18E-01 ECO P S8 pump set is a complete single-way pump group with a built-in solar controller, designed to force optimal heat medium flow in solar collector installations with an area of up to 16 m². The device enables efficient heat transfer from solar collectors to heat receivers: storage tanks, buffers, heat exchangers, and controls additional devices in the heating system.

Advanced G422 control automation

The heart of the set is a modern G422 series solar controller with an intuitive LCD display, which offers support for a minimum of 19 solar installation schemes, including those with heating assistance and pool water heating. The system allows for the connection of 6 NTC10k temperature sensors, 3 circulation pumps and/or control valves, and 2 pulse flow meters. The controller provides a graphical indication of current temperatures and installation operating states, as well as daily, weekly, monthly, and multi-year heat gain counters.

Protective functions include collector overheating protection (above 135°C), domestic hot water heater protection, and a holiday function. The system has the possibility to connect an EKO-LAN module for remote EKONTROL installation monitoring and is available in 22 language versions.

High-performance SHIMGE APM20-8-130T circulation pump

The set is equipped with an energy-efficient SHIMGE APM20-8-130T circulation pump with a maximum capacity of 2.9 m³/h and a head of 8 m H₂O. The pump consumes only 3 ÷ 65 W of electrical energy with an energy efficiency coefficient of ≤ 0.21. Alternatively, manual "on/off" control with three speeds (1, 2, 3) is possible, which facilitates servicing.

The maximum working medium temperature is 110°C, and the ambient temperature for pump operation reaches 53°C. The design allows for easy replacement of the electronics module without dismantling the entire circulation pump.

Complete equipment and safety

The set contains all necessary elements: an air separator with an air vent and drain tube, a pulse flow meter for accurate medium flow measurement, a pressure switch controlling the pressure (1.5 bar), a safety valve (6 bar), a check valve, and a pressure gauge (0 - 6 bar). Additionally, there is a connection for a diaphragm expansion vessel, filling and service valves, and a shut-off ball valve.

The compact design with dimensions of 830 x 130 mm fits on a wall-mounting bracket and is protected by an aesthetic thermal insulation housing. The connection fitting technology allows for universal positioning relative to the storage tank and adjustment of the glycol circuit pipe outlet direction. The maximum working pressure of the pump group is 6 bar, and aqueous propylene glycol solutions with a concentration of up to 50% are permitted.

The system is powered by 230 VAC/50Hz via a cable with a plug. The manufacturer provides a warranty for a period of 2 years.
