Comprehensive solution for solar installations

The ZPS 18E-01 ECO TP S8 pump unit is an advanced single-way pump group with an integrated solar controller, designed to serve solar collector installations with an area up to 16 m². This complete "all-in-one" solution integrates all necessary elements into a single housing - from the circulation pump through the control automation to the safety components.

Advanced G422 control automation

The heart of the unit is the G422 series solar controller with an intuitive LCD display, which enables precise management of the entire solar installation. The system supports up to 6 NTC10k temperature sensors, 3 circulation pumps or control valves, as well as 2 pulse flow meters for accurate performance monitoring.

The controller offers 19 solar installation schemes, including configurations with heating assistance and pool water heating. Advanced functions include graphical indication of current temperatures and operating states, daily/weekly/monthly/multi-year heat gain counters, and a history of collector overheating events (>135°C).

Particular attention has been paid to the hygienic function (anti-legionella) - periodic antibacterial thermal disinfection, as well as protection against overheating of the collectors and the domestic hot water heater. The system also features a holiday function to protect the installation during prolonged periods without heat demand.

High-performance SHIMGE APM20-8 circulation pump

The unit is equipped with an energy-efficient SHIMGE APM20-8-130T circulation pump with a maximum capacity of 2,9 m³/h and a head of 8 m H₂O. The pump consumes only 3÷65 W of electrical energy with an energy efficiency index of EEI ≤0,21.

A characteristic feature is the possibility of alternative "on/off" control with manual speed setting (speeds 1,2,3), which ensures operational flexibility. The maximum working medium temperature is 110°C, and the ambient temperature for pump operation reaches 53°C.

Complete fittings and safety elements

The unit contains all necessary components: an air separator with an air vent and a drain tube, a pulse flow meter for accurate flow rate measurement, and a pressure switch (1,5 bar) to control the pressure in the solar installation.

Safety is ensured by: a safety valve (6 bar), a check valve to prevent medium backflow, and a pressure gauge (0-6 bar) for pressure monitoring. The system also features a connection for an expansion vessel and a set of valves for filling and servicing.

The universal design allows for wall mounting thanks to a stable bracket. The aesthetic thermal insulation housing protects against heat loss and ensures a professional appearance. The unit comes factory-connected - it only requires power via a cable with a plug (230 VAC/50Hz).

The TP version additionally offers power supply and monitoring of the HEWALEX titanium anode with error signaling on the display. The connection ports have a standard GZ3/4 thread, and the device dimensions are a compact 830 x 130 mm.
