Advanced solution for solar installations

The ZPS 18E-01 ECO TP W7 pump unit is a complete all-in-one solution for solar collector installations with an area up to 14 m². The product combines a pump group with advanced control automation, ensuring maximum comfort from installation to servicing.

System construction and components

The heart of the unit is the energy-efficient WILO Para ST15-130/7-50/iPWM2-12 circulation pump with an energy efficiency index EEI ≤ 0.20. The pump consumes only 1 ÷ 50 W of energy at a maximum capacity of 3.5 m³/h and a head of 7 m H₂O.

The system includes all necessary elements: an air separator with an air vent and drain tube, a 6 bar safety valve, a check valve, and a 0 - 6 bar pressure gauge. An impulse flow meter enables precise measurement of the working medium flow rate. A pressure drop sensor (1.5 bar pressure switch) monitors the installation status.

Advanced control automation

The built-in G422 series solar controller offers intuitive operation thanks to a large LCD display. The system supports 6 NTC10kOhm temperature sensors (4 pieces included), allows for the connection of 3 circulation pumps, and controls 2 PWM electronic pumps.

The controller manages a minimum of 19 solar installation schemes, including those with heating assistance and pool water heating. The hygienic function performs periodic thermal disinfection (anti-legionella). The system protects collectors from overheating (>135°C) and provides a holiday mode for installation protection.

Operating parameters and safety

The unit operates with heating water or a propylene glycol solution with a concentration up to 50%. The maximum working medium temperature is 110°C, and the ambient temperature is up to 70°C. The operating pressure of the pump group is 6 bar.

The connection fittings have a standard GZ3/4 thread, and the unit dimensions are a compact 830 × 130 mm. The system is powered by 230 VAC/50Hz via a factory cable with a plug.

The TP version additionally provides power and monitoring for the HEWALEX titanium anode, with error signaling on the display. The product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 2 years.
