Advanced solar controller for comprehensive installations

The GH26-P09A controller is suitable for both small domestic hot water heating systems and large-scale installations supporting central heating or heating swimming pool water. Thanks to support for a minimum of 19 solar installation diagrams and the ability to cooperate with external heat sources (boilers, storage tanks, electric heaters), it serves as a universal platform for practically any type of solar installation.

Expanded functionality and technical capabilities

The device is equipped with 6 NTC10kOhm temperature sensor inputs (of which 4 are included: collector sensor T1, two tank sensors T2/T4, and an additional sensor T3), enabling precise monitoring of the entire system. The controller can support a maximum of 3 devices simultaneously, including constant-speed pumps and electronic pumps controlled by a PWM signal. Additionally, it provides the possibility of connecting 2 pulse flow meters, a pressure switch for pressure control, and cooperation with a UPS device to maintain the operation of the solar circulation pump.

The system offers advanced time programming for circulation pumps, extended configuration for domestic hot water circulation pump operation, and the ability to select the solar installation's operating priority between domestic hot water and supporting heating or pool water heating. The versatility of applications is also ensured by the function to limit the operation of the primary heat source.

Comprehensive system protection and monitoring

Installation safety is guaranteed by multi-level protection systems. The controller monitors the temperature of the solar collectors and prevents overheating above 135°C, recording the history of such occurrences. Additionally, it protects the domestic hot water heater from overheating by transferring excess heat to a solid fuel boiler. The holiday function protects the installation from overheating during longer periods without heat consumption.

Advanced monitoring includes a graphical indication of current temperatures and the operating status of the entire installation, as well as detailed heat gain statistics with daily, weekly, monthly, and multi-year counters. The system provides up-to-date information on the heating efficiency of the solar collectors and the electrical energy consumption of the solar circulation pump.

Intuitive operation and modern interface

The controller is operated via a touch panel with an LCD display equipped with 7 touch fields. The large display allows for a graphical presentation of operating data and fault states with visual and audible signaling.

The EKONTROL system allows for remote control of controller settings and monitoring of the installation's operation via a mobile application or web browser. The user receives access to animated diagrams of the operating solar installation and extensive statistics in the form of charts and tables. The controller is available in 22 language versions, enabling its use in both domestic and international markets.

The GH26-P09A version additionally features power supply and monitoring of the HEWALEX titanium anode with error signaling on the display - a function not available in the standard GH26-P09 version.
