The KOMFORT solar set is a complete solar installation designed with ease of installation and operation in mind. The system was created specifically for 2-3 person households, offering reliable heating of domestic hot water using solar energy.

High-efficiency solar system components

The heart of the set consists of two KS2100F TLP AC flat plate collectors with a total surface area of 4.12 m². The collectors are manufactured using TLP AC technology.

The hydraulic system is based on the ALEX HX10 MS pump station, which is a compact solution containing all necessary elements for controlling the flow of the medium. The pump station is equipped with a factory-connected MiniSOL controller that operates on "plug and work" technology, eliminating the need for complex configuration by the installer.

Advanced control and operational safety

The MiniSOL controller enables full control over the solar installation operation through a dedicated mobile application. The system automatically regulates the circulation pump operation based on the temperature difference between the collectors and the storage tank, maximizing energy efficiency while minimizing electricity consumption.

Operational safety is ensured by the ZNP 18 diaphragm expansion vessel, which protects the system from excessive pressure. The set also includes TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid with a weight of 20 kg, which guarantees stable system operation even during the winter season at temperatures down to -25°C.

Complete delivery and practical benefits

The set contains all necessary elements for installing the system: ZPKS DN16 connection kit, KS3/4 unions, and a complete set of supplementary accessories. Thanks to the modular construction, the pump station can be equipped with a SHIMGE or WILO circulation pump, allowing the hydraulic parameters to be tailored to the specifics of a particular installation.

The system features minimal energy consumption by the circulation pump and maintenance-free operation resulting from automatic venting. The solution works well both in new buildings and during modernization of existing heating installations, offering users significant savings on water heating costs while maintaining high user comfort.
