Comprehensive solution for domestic hot water heating

KOMFORT solar set is a complete installation designed for 2-3 persons, providing efficient heating of domestic hot water using solar energy. The system has been designed with easy installation and operation in mind, while offering high operational reliability.

Efficient solar components

The heart of the set consists of two high-efficiency flat plate solar collectors KS2100F TLP AC with a total surface area of 4.12 m².

The set also includes a 2-coil enamelled water heater with a capacity of 200 dm³ (OKC200 NTRR/SOL), which serves as a heat buffer and ensures continuous supply of hot water even during periods of limited sunlight.

Advanced control and automation system

The installation is equipped with a pump unit ALEX HX10 MS with a factory-connected MiniSOL controller, which offers mobile application support. This Plug&Play technology enables remote monitoring and control of the solar installation operation directly from a smartphone. The controller automatically optimizes the operation of the SHIMGE circulation pump, minimizing electricity consumption.

Accessories and safety systems

The set contains all necessary components for installation and commissioning:

• 18 L diaphragm expansion vessel for glycol - protects the system from overpressure
• 25 m BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe - enables flexible installation routing
• 20 kg TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid - professional heat carrier resistant to low temperatures
• Complete DN16 flexible pipe nut set ¾" (8 pcs.)
• ZPKS DN16 connection kit - for connecting all components

The system has been equipped with effective venting mechanisms that eliminate the risk of air locks that could disrupt proper circulation of the solar fluid. Factory-selected components guarantee long-term installation operation with minimal service requirements.
