Comprehensive solution for domestic hot water heating

The KOMFORT solar set is a complete system designed for efficient domestic hot water heating in households for 4-5 people. The solution has been developed for users who value functionality as well as the simplicity of installation and operation of the pump group along with the controller of a standard solar installation.

The system is effective both for expanding existing domestic hot water heating systems and in new installations where the solar controller is used to operate a single solar pump. Thanks to the factory selection of all elements, the set operates according to the design parameters.

High-performance components and advanced automation

The heart of the system consists of three high-performance KS2100F TLP AC flat solar collectors with a total area of 6.18 m², which are characterized by high efficiency in converting solar energy into thermal energy. The collectors have been designed to maximize the use of solar radiation under various atmospheric conditions.

The ALEX HX10 MS pump group is equipped with a factory-connected MiniSOL controller - a modern Plug&Play system with mobile app support. The controller enables wireless monitoring and control of the solar installation using a smartphone or tablet. The system automatically optimizes the operation of the SHIMGE circulation pump, adjusting its performance to current solar radiation conditions and hot water demand.

Complete accessories and operational safety

The set includes all necessary elements of the solar collector circuit, excluding the storage tank or heat exchanger and the mounting system which requires individual selection. The set includes an 18 L expansion vessel (glycol-compatible) (model ZNP 18), which ensures correct pressure in the system and compensates for the thermal expansion of the working fluid.

The system is equipped with a 16-meter long BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe with a complete set of nuts (6 pcs.), allowing for flexible installation even in hard-to-reach places. Additionally, the set contains TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C in a quantity of 20 kg, which protects the system against freezing and corrosion.

Ease of installation and reliable operation

The compact design of the ALEX HX10 MS pump group simplifies the installation process and subsequent system operation. The maintenance-free nature of the MiniSOL controller eliminates the need for constant supervision of the installation's operation, and effective venting of the system ensures correct system performance.

The ZPKS DN12 connection set enables fast and leak-proof connection of all system components. The elements have been factory-selected for technical compatibility and optimal hydraulic efficiency of the entire solar system.
