The Komfort HX200-2KS2100.S004 solar kit is a complete solution for households looking for an economical and reliable way to heat domestic hot water using solar energy. The system includes all the necessary elements of a solar installation with factory-matched components.

High-performance solar system components

The heart of the kit consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4.12 m², made of an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat transfer fluid from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage, eliminating the need for an additional emergency power source.

The collectors are equipped with 3.2 mm thick solar glass, tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing, consisting of a powder-coated aluminum frame and an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool, ensures durability and resistance to weather conditions throughout the entire year of operation.

Advanced control and automation system

The kit includes an ALEX HX10 MS pump group factory-connected with a MiniSOL solar controller, which represents a breakthrough "Plug&Play" solution. The controller features a built-in Wi-Fi modem and is operated exclusively via a functional mobile application available on Android or iOS platforms. An advanced control algorithm for the solar circulation pump allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size.

The speed of the WILO or SHIMGE circulation pump is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, allowing it to meet the strict requirements of the ErP directive regarding maximum electrical energy consumption. To generate 100 W of heat, only about 1 W of electrical energy powering the small circulation pump is required.

Complete set of installation elements

The system includes all the necessary components for the proper functioning of the solar installation: a double-coil water heater with a capacity of 200 dm³ (OKC200 NTRR/SOL) equipped with a magnesium anode to protect against corrosion, an 18 L glycol expansion vessel, a ZPKS DN16 connection set with a coupling, and TERMSOL EKO -25°C working fluid weighing 20 kg.

The selection of the kit size ensures high operating efficiency and limits the possibility of overheating on the sunniest days of the year.

Manufacturer's warranty conditions

The manufacturer offers extended warranty terms: the basic warranty for solar collectors is 10 years, which is extended by an additional year after kit registration. This also applies to the water heater (5 years + 1 year) and the pump group (2 years + 1 year).
