Complete solar installation for a single-family house

The KOMFORT HX200-2KS2100.S006 solar set is a complete solution for heating domestic hot water in residential buildings for 2-3 people. The system has been designed with maximum functionality in mind while maintaining simplicity of installation and operation. The mutual compatibility of all components eliminates the risk of incorrect selection of installation elements.

The installation utilizes proven photothermal conversion technology, where solar energy is converted into useful thermal energy transferred by a heat carrier to the heating installation. Thanks to the factory selection of elements, the system ensures optimal efficiency with minimal electricity consumption - to generate 100 W of heat, approximately 1 W of electrical energy is required to power a small circulation pump.

Advanced solar system components

The heart of the set consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with an active area of 1.93 m² each, providing a total collector area of 4.12 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum-copper absorber made using laser welding technology and tempered solar glass with a thickness of 3.2 mm, resistant to hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The transparent coating of low-iron tempered glass transmits up to 95% of solar radiation.

The OKC200 NTRR/SOL water heater with a capacity of 200 dm³ is equipped with two coils and a magnesium anode ensuring long-term corrosion protection. The ALEX HX10 MS pump group is characterized by a compact design (11.5×37.5×13 cm) and an innovative method of separating and removing air from the installation via the heat exchanger in the solar water heater.

Intelligent control and energy savings

The Plug&Play type MiniSOL controller ensures automatic adjustment of the circulation pump's operating parameters to the size of the installation and dynamically changing solar conditions. The advanced control algorithm enables high efficiency in solar energy absorption with zero user intervention. Operation is carried out exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS systems.

The system can operate in three modes: direct connection to a mobile device, local Wi-Fi connection, or remote access via the internet after creating an account on the server. Automatic software updates ensure access to the latest functionalities without the need for user intervention.

Quality and warranty from a Polish manufacturer

All components of the set are manufactured domestically at the Hewalex plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Silesia, which guarantees easy access to service and technical support. The collectors hold the European Solar Keymark quality certificate, confirming durability and high energy efficiency, verified by regular testing in Swiss and Spanish laboratories.

The system is covered by an extended warranty: solar collectors 10+1 years, water heater 5+1 years, pump group 2+1 years. The condition for extending the warranty is the registration of the set on the Ekontrol.pl platform, which provides free monitoring of device operating parameters approximately every minute and the possibility of advanced installation diagnostics.

The Hewalex solar installation can cover almost 60% of the annual hot water energy demand, achieving up to 90% efficiency during the summer period. During the winter period, the system still generates approximately 30% of energy needs, making it a cost-effective solution year-round regardless of the climatic conditions in Poland.
