The KOMFORT HX200-2KS2100.S007 solar set is a complete system designed for the efficient heating of domestic hot water in 2-3 person households. This ready-to-use "plug & play" solution eliminates the need for individual selection of components - all elements have been factory-matched for optimal efficiency and operational reliability.

High-efficiency KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the set consists of two KS2100F TLP AC flat solar collectors with a total gross area of 4,12 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum-copper absorber made using laser welding technology and a high-selective coating ensuring an optical efficiency of 81,5%. Tempered solar glass with a thickness of 3,2 mm and low iron content allows up to 95% of solar radiation to pass through to the absorber, resulting in maximum energy efficiency.

The harp-shaped absorber design with four connection ports protects the heat transfer fluid from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage. Full thermal insulation of the casing, made of mineral wool, minimizes heat loss and is resistant to the extremely high internal temperatures of the collector.

MiniSOL intelligent control system

The MiniSOL Plug&Play controller provides automatic management of the installation's operation without the need for user intervention. The built-in WiFi module enables full control via a mobile application available for Android and iOS systems. An advanced algorithm automatically adjusts the operating parameters of the circulation pump to the size of the installation and dynamically changing solar conditions.

The SHIMGE or WILO circulation pump, controlled by a PWM signal, ensures minimal electricity consumption - to generate 100W of heat, only about 1W of electrical energy is required. The system automatically updates its software via the Internet and offers holiday functions that turn off heating during periods of absence.

Complete set of elements

The system includes all necessary components: a dual-coil enamelled storage tank with a capacity of 200 dm³ featuring a magnesium anode to protect against corrosion, an ALEX HX10 MS pump group with compact dimensions (11,5×37,5×13 cm), an 18L expansion vessel for TERMSOL EKO solar fluid resistant to temperatures down to -25°C, a BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe with a length of 16 meters, and a complete set of mounting accessories.

Domestic production of all components guarantees easy access to service and technical support. Upon registration of the set, the warranty for the collectors is extended to 11 years, for the water heater to 6 years, and for the pump group to 3 years.
