Comprehensive solar solution for domestic hot water

The KOMFORT HX200-2KS2100.S008 solar set is a complete installation designed for 2-3 people, providing efficient domestic hot water heating using solar energy. The system has been designed with maximum simplicity of assembly and operation in mind, eliminating the need for users to perform complex component selection.

High-efficiency solar collectors

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100F TLP AC flat collectors with a total area of 4.12 m², which feature an optical efficiency of 81%. The collectors are equipped with aluminum-copper absorbers precisely manufactured using laser welding technology, guaranteeing a durable connection of elements and high energy efficiency.

The transparent coating is made of low-iron tempered glass, which transmits up to 95% of solar radiation. The glass is resistant to hail, confirmed by tests according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing construction consists of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool, which effectively limits heat loss to a minimum.

The harp-shaped pipe layout in the absorber ensures efficient and even glycol flow and the lowest energy costs for driving the circulation pump. The four connection nipple system protects the heat carrier from overheating due to failure or lack of power, eliminating the need for an emergency power source.

Advanced pump group and controller

The system utilizes the ALEX HX10 MS pump group with a factory-connected Plug&Play type MiniSOL controller. The pump group is characterized by a compact design with dimensions of 11.5×37.5×13 cm, allowing for installation even in situations with limited built-in space. The design ensures full functionality of the two-way group through an innovative method of separating and removing air from the installation.

The MiniSOL controller is operated exclusively via a mobile application available on Android and iOS, offering three-level operation: direct connection to the mobile device, local Wi-Fi connection, and remote access via the internet. The built-in WiFi modem enables control of the installation's operation from anywhere in the world with internet access.

The advanced control algorithm automatically adjusts the circulation pump's operating parameters to the size of the installation and dynamically changing solar irradiation conditions. The pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, allowing for high solar energy absorption efficiency with zero user intervention.

Complete set of elements and operational safety

The set contains all necessary components: a dual-coil enamelled water heater OKC200 NTRR/SOL with a capacity of 200 dm³ with a magnesium anode protecting against corrosion, a ZNP 18DS expansion vessel, a 25 m long BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe, and 20 kg of TERMSOL EKO -25°C fluid. Additionally, the system is equipped with a ZPKS connection set and connection fittings.

The pump group is equipped with an energy-efficient circulation pump, which is characterized by minimal electricity consumption - to generate 100W of heat, only about 1W of electrical energy is required to power the small circulation pump. The system also includes fittings for filling and servicing with a safety valve, as well as a pump group air vent with a built-in check valve.

All components are manufactured domestically at the Hewalex plant located in Czechowice-Dziedzice in Silesia, guaranteeing easy access to service care and support for the domestic economy.
