The Komfort HX200-2KS2100.W004 solar set is a complete solution for heating domestic hot water in single-family houses and facilities with similar demand. Two KS2100F TLP AC flat solar collectors with a total gross area of 4,12 m² work with a dual-coil water heater with a capacity of 200 dm³, allowing it to cover up to 60% of the annual hot water demand - and up to 90% in summer months.

The configuration with two coils enables the connection of an additional heat source (e.g., a heating boiler), ensuring a continuous supply of hot water even during periods of lower solar radiation. A magnesium anode protects the tank against corrosion.

KS2100F Collectors - aluminum-copper absorber and high efficiency

The KS2100F TLP AC collector achieves an optical efficiency of 76,4%, which means efficient use of solar energy even under varying radiation intensity. The aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating is permanently joined to the copper piping using laser welding technology - this eliminates the risk of delamination and ensures long-term thermal contact.

The harp-shaped pipe arrangement in the absorber guarantees uniform heat transfer fluid flow and effective protection against overheating in the event of a failure or lack of heat uptake - without the need for an additional emergency power source.

Tempered solar glass with a thickness of 3,2 mm has passed hail resistance tests according to the EN ISO 9806 standard - it withstands hailstone impacts with a diameter of up to 45 mm. 95% of solar radiation reaches the absorber thanks to a low-iron transparent coating.

Mineral wool insulation minimizes heat losses even at extremely high temperatures inside the collector.

MiniSOL Controller and ALEX HX10 Pump Station - Plug&Play without unnecessary automation

The MiniSOL controller operates in Plug&Play mode - simply connect it to a 230 V socket and all processes start automatically. The built-in WiFi modem enables remote operation via a mobile app on Android and iOS (a web version is also available). An advanced algorithm independently selects the circulation pump operating parameters based on the size of the installation and current solar conditions - the user does not need to configure anything manually.

Pump speed is smoothly regulated via PWM2/iPWM2 signal based on feedback regarding the current flow. For users preferring simplicity, the controller signals operating states using LED diodes (red and green) without the need to use the app.

The ALEX HX10 MS W7 DN16 pump station is equipped with an energy-efficient pump from the WILO brand. Despite its single-way construction, it provides full functionality of a two-way group thanks to an innovative venting system that uses the heat exchanger (coil) as an air separator. This solution eliminates the need for additional separators and significantly simplifies installation.

The compact dimensions of the pump station (11,5 × 37,5 × 13 cm) facilitate installation even in limited spaces. The adaptive design allows the installer to choose the optimal positioning of the pressure gauge, safety valve, and expansion vessel connection.

Warranty and operating conditions

The manufacturer offers a 10-year warranty on solar collectors (extendable by one year after registration), 5 years on the water heater, and 2 years on the pump station - also with a one-year bonus after registration. All collectors possess the European Solar Keymark quality certificate, confirming durability and energy efficiency verified by tests in Swiss and Spanish laboratories.
