The KOMFORT HX200-2KS2100.W005 solar set is a complete solution for 2-3 person households looking to efficiently utilize solar energy for heating domestic hot water. The system has been designed with maximum functionality in mind while maintaining simplicity of installation and operation.

High-performance KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4.12 m². Each collector utilizes an aluminum-copper absorber manufactured using precise laser welding technology, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. The transparent coating is made of low-iron tempered solar glass (3.2 mm), which allows up to 95% of solar radiation to reach the absorber.

The construction is adapted for operation in any climate thanks to the full thermal insulation of the casing. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat transfer medium from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage. The glass is hail-resistant according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm in diameter), and the casing, made of a powder-coated aluminum frame, ensures durability for years of operation.

Advanced MiniSOL control system

The MiniSOL controller is a new generation "Plug&Play" device that only requires connection to a standard 230V power socket. All processes occur automatically without the need for complex configuration. The advanced control algorithm intelligently adjusts the circulation pump's operating parameters to the size of the installation and dynamically changing solar irradiation conditions.

Operation is carried out exclusively via a mobile application available on Android and iOS systems in Polish, English, Spanish, German, and Italian. The controller features a built-in WiFi module, enabling remote operation from anywhere in the world once connected to the internet. Automatic software updates ensure access to the latest functionalities without user intervention.

Compact ALEX HX10 pump group

The ALEX HX10 pump group has been designed as a compact solution with dimensions of 11.5×37.5×13 cm, which will fit even in limited installation spaces. Despite a visible design characteristic of a single-way group, it possesses the full functionality of a two-way group thanks to an innovative method of separating and removing air from the installation.

It is equipped with an energy-efficient circulation pump from the WILO brand, which consumes a minimal amount of electricity - to generate 100W of heat, only about 1W of electrical energy is required. The design allows for adaptive placement of the pressure gauge, safety valve, and the connection of the expansion vessel according to the installer's needs.

The system includes all necessary elements: ZPKS DN12 connection set, ZNP 18 expansion vessel with a capacity of 18 liters, Termsol EKO -25°C working fluid (20 kg), and a 16-meter long BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe with a complete set of nuts (8 pieces). Together, they form a complete system ready for installation and commissioning, excluding the collector mounting elements and installation pipes, which are selected individually based on the specific installation conditions.
