The Komfort HX200-2KS2100.W007 solar set is a complete solar installation designed specifically for 2-3 person households, offering maximum functionality with minimal installation and operational complexity. The system was developed by Hewalex with users who value simplicity and reliability in daily use in mind.

Efficient system components

The heart of the set consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4.12 m², manufactured using flat-plate technology with laser-welded aluminum-copper absorbers. Each collector is equipped with 3.2 mm thick low-iron tempered solar glass, which transmits up to 95% of solar radiation. The glass is hail-resistant up to a diameter of 45 mm in accordance with the EN ISO 9806 standard.

The collector absorber features a harp-shaped tube layout that ensures efficient and even heat transfer fluid flow and the lowest driving energy costs for the circulation pump. The design protects the medium from overheating in the event of a lack of heat demand without the need for emergency power supply.

Automation and app control

The system is equipped with an ALEX HX10 MS W7 pump group featuring an energy-efficient circulation pump and a modern MiniSOL controller. The "Plug&Play" type controller does not require complicated configuration - simply connect it to a 230V socket, and all processes occur automatically.

An advanced control algorithm automatically adjusts the pump's operating parameters to the size of the installation and dynamically changing solar conditions. The controller communicates with the circulation pump via a PWM signal and uses a PWMout feedback signal to read the pump's operating states and current flow.

System operation is carried out exclusively via the intuitive MiniSOL mobile application, available for Android and iOS systems in Polish, English, Spanish, German, and Italian. The application allows for the activation of the holiday function (turning off heating during absence), collector overheating protection, and freeze protection (when the installation is filled with water).

The built-in WiFi modem allows for remote installation management from anywhere in the world with internet access. The system provides automatic software updates and three-level service: direct connection to the mobile device, local Wi-Fi connection, or creating an account on the server for full remote access.

Safety and operational reliability

The ALEX HX10 pump group possesses full two-way group functionality thanks to an innovative method of separating and removing air from the installation. A heat exchanger in the solar water heater is used as a separator, where the flow release facilitates the separation of air bubbles from the liquid.

The system includes all necessary safety elements: a safety valve, a pressure gauge, and a ZNP 18L expansion vessel to stabilize the pressure of the TERMSOL EKO solar glycol with a freezing temperature of -25°C (20 kg). The compact design of the pump group (11.5×37.5×13 cm) facilitates installation even in limited spaces while maintaining full functionality.

The factory selection of all components eliminates the possibility of incorrect system sizing and ensures optimal cooperation between the collectors and the DHW tank.
