The KOMFORT HX200-2KS2100.W008 solar set is a complete system designed for heating domestic hot water for a 2-3 person household. The system consists of factory-selected components tested by the manufacturer.

High-performance KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100F TLP AC solar collectors with a total area of 4.12 m², made using flat-plate technology with an aluminum-copper absorber. The transparent coating is made of low-iron tempered glass, allowing up to 95% of solar radiation to reach the absorber. The glass is hail-resistant, confirmed by tests according to the European standard EN ISO 9806 (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm).

The harp-shaped tube arrangement in the absorber ensures efficient and even glycol flow and the lowest energy costs for driving the circulation pump. The insulation made of mineral wool minimizes heat loss and is resistant to extremely high temperatures inside the collector.

Advanced MiniSOL control system

The MiniSOL controller is a new generation "Plug&Play" device that requires no complicated configuration or programming. Simply connect it to a standard 230V power socket and all processes occur automatically. Thanks to the built-in WiFi module, mobile app control is possible, available for Android and iOS systems in Polish, English, German, Spanish, and Italian.

The advanced operating algorithm automatically adjusts the circulation pump's operating parameters to the size of the installation and dynamically changing solar irradiation conditions. The system operates based on a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal, allowing for smooth pump speed regulation and optimization of electricity consumption.

Compact ALEX HX10 MS pump group

The ALEX HX10 MS pump unit was designed specifically for solar installations with collector areas up to 16 m². Despite its compact dimensions (11.5x37.5x13 cm), the group possesses the full functionality of a two-way group thanks to an innovative method of separating air from the installation. It uses the heat exchanger in the solar heater as a separator, where a significant reduction in flow facilitates the separation of air bubbles from the liquid.

The system is equipped with an energy-efficient WILO circulation pump, which is characterized by minimal electricity consumption. The design allows for adaptive placement of the pressure gauge, safety valve, and connection of the expansion tank according to the installer's needs.

Complete set of elements

The system includes all necessary components: a dual-coil tank with a capacity of 200 liters with a magnesium anode protecting against corrosion, an 18-liter expansion tank to stabilize the solar system pressure, and TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of -25°C (20 kg). Additionally, the set includes a 25-meter long BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe with a complete set of connection nuts and all mounting accessories.
