Modern solar set for efficient water heating

The Komfort HX300-2KS2600.S011 solar set is a complete solution for solar installations for domestic hot water heating. The system has been designed for users who value functionality and the simplicity of installation and operation of the pump group with a controller for a standard solar installation.

High-performance system components

The heart of the set consists of two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross area of 5.24 m², made of an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout includes four connection ports protecting the heat transfer medium from overheating in the event of a failure or power outage.

The design is adapted for operation in any climate thanks to the full thermal insulation of the housing. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing, consisting of a powder-coated aluminum frame with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool, ensures durability for years of operation.

Advanced automation and control

The set is equipped with a Plug&Play type MiniSOL controller operated exclusively via a mobile application (Android or iOS). An advanced circulation pump control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size. The speed of the SHIMGE circulation pump is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal.

The compact ALEX HX10 MS pump group ensures minimal energy consumption by the circulation pump and operational safety thanks to effective air venting. Operation and supervision of the installation are limited to the absolute minimum.

Complete set of elements

The system includes all necessary components: an enameled twin-coil water heater 300 dm³ with a magnesium anode (OKC300 NTRR/SOL), a ZNP 18 expansion tank, BiSolar DN12 [25 m] double flexible pipe with a set of nuts (8 pcs.), Termsol EKO -25°C liquid (20 kg), and the ZPKS DN12 connection set. Factory selection of elements eliminates the possibility of incorrectly selecting the entire system.

After registering the set, the extended warranty covers: solar collectors (11 years), water heater (6 years), and the pump group (3 years).
