KOMFORT Solar System

The KOMFORT solar set is a complete system for heating domestic hot water for 3-4 people, designed for maximum functionality and ease of installation and operation. The system includes all necessary elements of the solar collector circuit - from a double-coil water heater with a capacity of 300 liters, through the advanced ALEX HX10 MS pump unit with a built-in MiniSOL controller, to a complete set of mounting accessories.

The perfect matching of components eliminates the risk of incorrect selection of the entire system - factory-selected elements guarantee optimal cooperation between the solar collector surface and the water heater capacity. The set includes two KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors with a gross surface area of 5.24 m², OKC300 NTRR/SOL double-coil heater with a magnesium anode protecting against corrosion, and ZNP 18DS expansion vessel ensuring hydraulic safety of the installation.

Advanced technology and performance

The MiniSOL controller is a next-generation "Plug&Play" device with a built-in WiFi module, operated exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS systems. The "plug and work" technology minimizes the time needed for configuration for both the user and the installation contractor.

The advanced control algorithm automatically adjusts the operating parameters of the circulation pump to the size of the specific solar installation. The pump speed is smoothly regulated by PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which translates into minimal electricity consumption. The KS2600F TLP AC collectors are designed for operation in any climate - full thermal insulation of the housing enables efficient operation even in cold climate conditions.

The increased share of the active surface generating heat relative to the total surface area of the collector significantly increases its energy efficiency while reducing the number of required hydraulic connections. The installation achieves water heating energy efficiency of 82% with annual energy consumption of only 50 kWh in hot climate conditions. The heating power of the system is 1.97 kW.

Reliability and operational safety

The collector construction is based on an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selective coating and copper piping permanently connected to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-style absorber layout with four connection nozzles protects the heat transfer fluid from overheating even in the event of a failure or power outage - without the need for an additional backup power source.

The solar glass with a thickness of 3.2 mm is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with diameter up to 45 mm). The housing made of powder-coated aluminum frame and aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool ensures long-term resistance to weather conditions.

The system is covered by the manufacturer's extended warranty: solar collectors - 10 years (+1 year after registration), water heater - 5 years (+1 year), pump unit - 2 years (+1 year).
