Modern solar installation for a family

The KOMFORT solar set is a complete solution for households that value functionality and ease of solar installation operation. The system has been designed specifically for 3-4 people, offering efficient heating of domestic hot water with minimal user involvement.

High-efficiency KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the set is two flat plate KS2600F TLP AC collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m². Each collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selective coating and copper piping, permanently joined using laser welding technology. The harp-type absorber arrangement with four connection nozzles protects the heat transfer fluid from overheating in case of failure or power outage.

The housing made of powder-coated aluminum frame contains an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to EN ISO 9806 standard (hail up to 45 mm in diameter). The increased share of active heat-generating surface area in relation to the total collector surface area increases its energy efficiency.

MiniSOL intelligent control system

The MiniSOL "Plug&Play" type controller ensures maximum convenience of installation, commissioning and operation. The device has a built-in WiFi module and is operated exclusively via a mobile application for Android or iOS systems. The advanced control algorithm for the solar circulation pump allows intelligent setting of operating parameters for each installation size.

The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by PWM2 or iPWM2 signal, which guarantees minimal energy consumption while maintaining optimal performance. Operation and supervision of the installation is reduced to the necessary minimum thanks to automatic system management.

Complete set of components

The system contains all necessary components of the solar collector circuit: double-coil water heater 300 dm³ with magnesium anode (OKC300 NTRR/SOL), ALEX HX10 MS W7 DN16 pump group, ZNP 18 L diaphragm expansion vessel, Termsol EKO -25°C heat transfer fluid weighing 20 kg and ZPKS DN16 connection kit. Factory selection of elements eliminates the possibility of incorrect selection of the entire system.

Mutual matching of components guarantees reliable performance for years of operation. Domestic production of all elements ensures easy access to service support and support for the Polish economy. After registering the set, warranties are extended: solar collectors 10+1 years, water heater 5+1 years, pump group 2+1 years.
