The solar set KOMFORT HX300-2KS2600.W013 is a complete solar installation solution for heating domestic hot water, designed specifically for 3-4 person households.

KS2600F TLP AC solar collectors

The heart of the system consists of two KS2600F TLP AC flat collectors with a total gross area of 5.24 m², manufactured using TLP AC technology. Each collector is equipped with an aluminum absorber plate with a high-selectivity coating and copper piping, permanently joined to the plate using laser welding technology. The harp-shaped absorber layout with four connection ports protects the heat transfer medium from overheating due to failure or power outages.

The design is adapted for operation in any climate, including cold climates, thanks to the use of full thermal insulation of the housing. An increased ratio of the active heat-generating surface to the total collector surface increases its efficiency. The 3.2 mm thick solar glass is tempered and resistant to maximum hail according to the EN ISO 9806 standard (hail with a diameter of up to 45 mm). The housing is made of a powder-coated aluminum frame, with an aluminum bottom insulated with mineral wool.

Dual-coil water heater and intelligent control

The system includes a dual-coil water heater with a capacity of 300 dm³ (OKC300 NTRR/SOL) equipped with a magnesium anode providing long-term corrosion protection. The second coil allows for the connection of an additional heat source or integration with an existing heating system.

The MiniSOL "Plug&Play" type controller is a new generation device with a built-in WiFi module, operated exclusively via a mobile application on Android or iOS systems. An advanced circulation pump control algorithm allows for intelligent setting of operating parameters for any installation size. The circulation pump speed is smoothly regulated by a PWM2 or iPWM2 signal. The "plug and work" technology requires minimal time from both the user and the installer.

ALEX HX10 MS W7 pump group and complete equipment

The compact ALEX HX10 MS W7 DN16 pump group is equipped with a high-quality circulation pump from the WILO brand. The system features effective air venting and high-quality components.

The complete set includes all necessary elements: ZPKS DN16 connection set, ZNP 18DS expansion vessel with an 18-liter capacity, a 25-meter long BiSolar DN16 double flexible pipe with a set of nuts (8 pcs.), and Termsol EKO -25°C heat transfer fluid weighing 20 kg. Factory selection of components eliminates the possibility of incorrectly selecting the entire system.

Warranty conditions and service

All components are manufactured in Poland by the domestic manufacturer HEWALEX, which means easy access to service care and support for the local economy. After registering the set, the warranty for the solar collectors is extended to 11 years (10 years + 1 year), for the water heater to 6 years (5 years + 1 year), and for the pump group to 3 years (2 years + 1 year). Annual energy consumption is only 50 kWh, and the energy efficiency of water heating reaches 82%.
