The Komfort Max HSZ0022123107 solar kit is an advanced heating system that utilizes solar energy to heat domestic hot water and support home heating. Designed specifically for 2-3 person households, it offers a complete solution including all necessary components of a solar installation.

Advanced solar collector technology

The heart of the system consists of two KS2100 solar collectors equipped with an absorber made of aluminum and copper using precision laser welding technology. This construction ensures exceptional durability and resistance to extreme weather conditions. The absorber is coated with a specialized PVD coating with high solar radiation absorption (95%) and minimal emission losses (5%), resulting in maximum thermal efficiency.

The collectors are equipped with top-class tempered solar glass with U1 solar transmittance and a harp manifold with 4 connections. This configuration reduces the flow resistance of the heating medium, decreases the electrical energy consumption of the circulation pump, and allows for the safe connection of up to 8 collectors in series.

Intelligent control and safety system

The central element of the kit is the ZPS 18E-01 ECO pump unit with an integrated G422 solar controller. This advanced system provides precise control of the solar installation's operation and enables monitoring and optimization of thermal energy production. A built-in pressure control sensor provides additional protection for the installation against potential pressure drops.

The system is equipped with a self-venting circulation pump with automatic air venting and a complete set of safety elements: a safety valve, a pressure gauge (manometer), a thermometer, and thermal insulation. Additionally, the kit includes an 18-liter diaphragm expansion tank for TERMSOL EKO heating fluid with an operating temperature down to -25°C.

Complete mounting and operational kit

The kit contains all the necessary elements for the installation and commissioning of the system: BiSolar DN12/16m double flexible pipe, a 60L electronic flow meter, a pressure switch, and a full set of supplementary accessories. Thanks to its thoughtful design, installation is significantly simplified and faster than with traditional solutions.

The kit holds the Solar Keymark certificate, confirming European manufacturing quality and compliance with the highest safety standards.
