Advanced solar system for domestic heating installation

The KOMFORT MAX solar kit is designed specifically for 2-3 person households and offers full control over the domestic hot water heating process and building heating support.

Advanced solar collector technology

The heart of the system consists of two high-performance KS2100 collectors equipped with an absorber made of aluminum and copper using precise laser welding technology.

The absorber is coated with a specialized PVD coating with high solar radiation absorption at a level of 95% with minimal emission losses of only 5%. Such parameters translate into maximum thermal efficiency even during periods of limited sunlight.

Each collector is equipped with U1 class tempered solar glass, which is characterized by the highest solar radiation transmittance in its category. This solution directly affects the increase in thermal efficiency and the improvement of annual thermal energy yields.

The hairpin manifold with four connections reduces the flow resistance of the working fluid, which decreases the electrical energy consumption of the circulation pump. At the same time, it protects the fluid from overheating and allows for the flexible connection of up to 8 collectors in a series configuration.

Intelligent control system and complete mounting kit

The central element of the kit is the pump unit with the ZPS 18E-01 ECO solar controller, which manages the operation of the installation. The system enables the operation of not only the solar pump but also additional heating devices such as an electric heater, a gas boiler, or a domestic hot water circulation pump.

The system includes a complete set of safety elements: an 18 liter expansion tank to compensate for the thermal expansion of the fluid, a pressure switch monitoring the pressure, and an electronic flow meter with a capacity of 60 liters per hour.

The kit includes a BiSolar DN12 double flexible pipe with a length of 25 meters for routing the installation between the building and the boiler room. To properly fill the system, 20 kilograms of TERMSOL EKO fluid with a freezing temperature of minus 25 degrees Celsius are included.

The working fluid retains its properties even during freezing winter months, eliminating the risk of installation damage.

Quality confirmed by certificates and warranty

The manufacturer provides up to 10 years of warranty on the solar collectors without the need for regular service inspections. The system holds the Solar Keymark certificate, confirming European manufacturing quality.

The collector glass has been specially reinforced and is resistant to hail and other mechanical factors occurring during outdoor operation.
